Some conditions apply.

The guarantee applies under the following conditions:

  • The audit must be completed in full. Partial or incomplete audits are not eligible.
  • The client must provide accurate and complete operational data as requested during the discovery and audit process.
  • Revenue leakage is calculated on an annualized basis using the data provided. Projections are based on industry-standard benchmarks and the client’s actual numbers.
  • The refund applies to the audit fee only. It does not extend to any implementation or consulting services.
  • The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the audit report delivery.
  • Perseus reserves the right to review the data and calculation methodology before issuing a refund.
