Who is this for?

Any med spa, any stage. The audit is designed to meet you where you are. The problems look different at each stage. The process of finding and fixing them does not.

What is the Operational Efficiency Audit?

A 42-benchmark review across six dimensions: Capacity and Demand, Revenue Leakage, Client Retention, Inbound Conversion, Provider Dependency, and Operational Infrastructure. Scored A through F against the top 1% of performers. You walk away knowing exactly what is dragging your numbers down.

What do I actually receive?

Four deliverables: Operational Efficiency Scorecard (letter grade + 42-point score), Revenue Leak Report (where money is leaving and how much), Prioritized Action Plan (fixes ranked by impact), and a 90-Day Action Plan. Built from your actual data, not templates.

How does implementation work?

The audit stands on its own. If implementation makes sense after you see the results, we will offer that path. Take the findings and do it yourself if you prefer. No retainers, no mandatory next steps.
